How do I become a member of the Jade Tree?

A: Complete the application form and wait to hear back from the admin team.

What happens after my application is approved?

A: Choose either the Violet Light or the Golden Package, sign up for your debit order and send in your completed Healer information to be uploaded onto the site.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

A: You will need to give 1 months notice prior to cancelling your subscription.

What if I want to upgrade my package?

A: Send and email to [email protected] with your request.

As a Healer, how do I feature as the Healer that is trending for the month?

A: Sign up for the Golden Light package and your healing details will be featured.

How do I advertise sessions or events which my healing practise will be hosting?

A: Send your details a month in advance to [email protected] and your event will be featured on the site’s home page.

Can I write a blog or newsletter?

A: Yes, as part of the Golden Light package, you can send in blogs and or news letters to be featured under your profile, on the website.

What if some of my clients are overseas, how will payment work?
A: The Jade Tree will process payments for you.
If I sign up to use The Jade Tree’s payment gateway, will The Jade Tree take a percentage of the fees I charge my clients?

A: This is already included in your monthly subscription fee.

Are there discounts for referrals of other Healers?

A: If you refer a healer and they sign up, after 3 months of the Healer still being a Member, you will get a month’s subscription free.

Is my information secure?
A: All information is kept confidential and is secured via our hosting company as well as we are POPIA compliant. For the Website we have a highly encrypted SSL certificate and all third party plugins and online payment systems have end-to-end encryption and two-factor authentication secure transactions.
